Lafont Menaut white brilliantly expresses the quintessence of Sauvignon, releasing aromas of citrus and blackcurrant buds, linden, and lemons. The perfectly balanced oak enhances the fruit without ever overpowering it. On the palate, the attack is lively, marked by a beautiful tension, and extends into a sensation of intense and persistent freshness.

Harvested manually, the 4.5 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc are rigorously sorted before a slow pressing followed by cold settling. Fermentation in temperature-controlled oak vats is followed by a 9-month ageing period with regular stirring of the lees.

To the eye, this wine reveals its youthful character through a pale yellow colour with subtle green highlights.

The Sauvignon grape variety gives the 2024 vintage a mineral, lively, citrusy, and very seductive profile right from the start.

An irresistible indulgence with a very lovely richness that will pair beautifully with fish, seafood, and poultry dishes.

The 2023 vintage, finely vinified and aged in light wood vats for 9 months, seduces at first glance. On the nose, delicate notes of pear intertwine with aromas of white flowers punctuated by subtle hints of citrus.

On the palate, this vintage charms with its freshness and richness, delicately supported by woody nuances.

The summer drought of 2022 led to a high concentration of the berries.

Adorned with a pale and brilliant colour with slight green reflections, this vintage reveals an intense and persistent nose of citrus aromas, of wildly seductive white flowers.

Lafont Menaut red, with its beautiful ruby colour, captivates from the first nose with its enchanting aromas of spice, undergrowth, and tart red fruits. On the palate, the attack is fresh, extending into a dense and silky texture. Fine, tight tannins harmoniously blend with elegant oak, bringing a beautiful complexity to the whole.

Manual harvesting is carried out for the younger vines, and mechanical for the older ones.

Extraction lasts 3 to 4 weeks in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by a 12-month ageing period in barrels, wooden vats, and amphorae.

Cabernet Sauvignon immediately dominates this 2023 vintage. With a beautiful deep garnet red colour, the nose of this wine reveals, after aeration, aromas of blackcurrant extending into subtle smoky-peppery notes, all elegantly oaked. Then, in a second stage, fresher notes of raspberries appear.

The attack on the palate is supple and smooth, fully coating the mouth. A promising vintage with a very beautiful structure.

Beautiful ruby colour, on the nose the wine is still marked by woody notes, leaning towards toasted and roasted. Aeration quickly reveals aromas of ripe red fruits.

On the palate, the texture is ample, generous and confirms the sensation of a beautiful maturity of the Cabernet Sauvignon, which provides a serious foundation for this 2022 vintage.

A beautiful brilliant red with some brick-red reflections on the edge of the rim. The first nose reveals quite intense notes of violet and black pepper, as well as fragrances of cinnamon and tobacco.

A second swirl releases fresh fruit, like strawberry. The palate is round without heaviness or aggressiveness, a vintage of great elegance.

The dark, purple-red colour of this 2020 vintage hints at a beautiful volume. The eye, for its part, suggests the richness of this sun-drenched vintage.

The nose is enchanting thanks to aromas of very ripe red fruits, extending to notes of blueberries. Quite simply, a wine of indulgence and pure pleasure!
